RULES FOR PERIODIC PAYMENTS
GENERAL PROVISIONS
These periodic payment rules (hereinafter - Periodic Payment Rules) supplement the rules of the GamiSell system (hereinafter - Rules) and form part of the agreement between MB RAIDAS, legal entity code 306456394, registered office address Siluvos st. 1, 47119 Kaunas, Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the Company or us) and yours. Capitalized terms in these Periodic Payments Rules have the meanings given in the Rules.
PERIODIC PAYMENTS
We offer various subscription plans and prices for the GamiSell system. Detailed information about each plan can be found on the Website. We reserve the right to update or change subscription plans and prices by posting on the Site.
You can pay on the website in the following ways: electronic banking, credit card, bank transfer.
When ordering a subscription to the GamiSell system, periodic payments are made. Subscription invoices and payments are made monthly, every six months or every twelve months (depending on the GamiSell system plan you choose), starting from the date of your first payment.
If you have chosen monthly payments and payment by credit card, by confirming the payment for the Game, you give the Company the right to automatically deduct the applicable subscription fees from the credit card indicated at the time of your payment.
Payments for semi-annual and annual plans are not automatically (periodically) debited from the payment card. At the end of this plan period, we will send you an advance invoice for payment for the next six or twelve month subscription period, respectively. If the bill is not paid, the subscription plan will be valid until the last day of the paid subscription period.
You can cancel your subscription to the GamiSell system at any time by logging into your account on our Website, clicking the "Remove this payment method" button in the payments section or by contacting us via email at [email protected]. To cancel your subscription by email, you must notify us 7 days before the new payment period. The notification must include the payer's name, surname or company name and account login email.
We do not offer refunds for incomplete subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the period for which you have paid, you will be able to use the GamiSell system until the last day of such subscription period.
AMENDMENTS AND TERMINATION
The Company may change these Periodic Payments Rules from time to time. The latest (current) version of the Periodic Payments Rules will always be visible and available on the Website. Before confirming the payment on the Website, you must familiarize yourself with the current version of the Periodic Payments Rules.
The GamiSell will have the right to discontinue (terminate) the operation of the GamiSell system and/or the Website at any time.
OTHER TERMS
These Periodic Payments Rules are drawn up and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Any disputes, disagreements or claims arising from or related to these Periodic Payments Rules , as well as issues of their violation, termination or validity, shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
All notices or other notices related to these Periodic Payments Rules will be given by email. by mail (when sending to us - to the e-mail address specified at the beginning of the Rules, when sending to you - to the e-mail address provided in your account).
If any provision of these Periodic Payments Rules is or becomes wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
